You should always look at the great wins or successes you’ve experienced and give yourself credit for your part in them. Recognizing your achievement is in fact healthy for the mind. If you didn’t win, you should not beat yourself because that will only make you feel worse. Instead, be honest and ask yourself what you gained from the situation and what you lost.

Trying to take on a huge project or task can be overwhelming, daunting and intimidating for anyone, even the best of us. Instead, learn to break your major task into small bits.
